Craig Wilkinson
Founder, Wilkinson Collective
Twenty years of following opportunities.
Craig Wilkinson is an award-winning creative entrepreneur who has spent more than 20 years building businesses across events, hospitality, immersive entertainment and technology.
His first business journey began in 2005, co-creating the Stratford-upon-Avon Digital Film Festival as cinema was transitioning to digital. Since then, curiosity and a willingness to follow opportunities have taken him around the world working with events.
In 2011, Craig founded Coalition Event Services, which has since staffed events globally for organisations and brands including Google, NVIDIA, the NFL and NBA, operating across 25 countries in 2025 alone. He later co-founded London based immersive entertainment company Funicular Productions and, during COVID, created The Great British Drive In. A move to Staffordshire subsequently led to hospitality ventures Alberts Café and Michelin Guide-listed Lunar at World of Wedgwood.
Technology originally developed to manage workforces across these businesses has since evolved into a comprehensive workforce management system iZero.work, a SaaS workforce management platform now entering its growth phase - a new stage in Craig’s journey making what he has created for his companies a commercial platform for other businesses.
Today, Craig brings his ventures together under Wilkinson Collective. With several bootstrapped businesses at very different stages, he is navigating the challenges of succession in established companies while retaining a start-up mindset around investment, structure, growth and scale.
